Masood Akbary is an afghan singer and composer was born in Kabul, Afghanistan in 1981. He had an interest in music from childhood and was playing drums from the age of 10. He completed his primary and secondary education in Peshawar Pakistan and moved to Western Australia 1998 He started playing the keyboard and harmonia in his spare time from the age of 16.

He started singing from the age 20 and has been enhancing his knowledge of professional music. He was encouraged by family, friends and fellow artists. Masood Akbary released his first song "Jahan Roshanhast" in 2012. His second song "Donya was released in 2013. His favourite singers are: Ahmad Zahir, Haider Saleem, Ehsan Aman, Sayed Omar.
